We recently purchased a set of Crossropes and have been incorporating jumping rope into our fitness training every week. Jumping rope isn't isn't for little kids in gym class or out on the playground during recess. It can be an extremely difficult workout. When I heard about Crossrope I had no idea there could be more to the average run of the mill jump rope or "skipping rope" as they say across the pond. There are actually jump rope competitions where teams all around the world show off their skills with basic or advanced techniques. You actually do not need to purchase an expensive or top of the line jump rope, but where to begin when deciding what jump rope to add to your fitness equipment arsenal or simply to your gym bag?
