Functional Fitness Boot Camp

Boot camps are strength and conditioning sessions structured to provide an entire body workout. Generally a group or class is put through a rigorous exercise routine with an emphasis on overall functional fitness enhancing strength, power, endurance and agility. 

According to the Mayo Clinic boot camp workouts are generally done at a higher intensity than moderate aerobic activity, the same health benefits — such as a lower risk of heart disease — can be achieved in less time than in moderate activities such as walking.
