And after attending one or two classes they start losing hope. The best solution in this regard is that we should categorize the level of training at each stage and the difficulty level should be increased gradually. In this way, fighters would not be overwhelmed and learned easily. Another solution can be the change of training partner. You should choose a partner who has the same goals as yours. 8. Give Rewards to Yourself It is very important to reward yourself at the end of the day or a month or after the completion of any short-term goal. It gives you a sense of accomplishment and success. Most of the fighters in the BJJ World quit after some time because they get tired of the same hectic routine and find no pleasure in life. The best way to avoid that feeling is to set some rewards for yourself every week. This can be anything such as a good meal, a new BJJ gi, some quality time with your family and friends, or any kind of activity that you love. 9. Positive Environment Another reason for quitting BJJ World is the toxic environment. Most of the time, the environment in which you are getting trained does not suit you well. Sometimes you do not find any compatibility with your training partner or with your coach. These factors contribute to your setbacks and make you think of quitting. The best way to throw these feelings out of your head is to change your environment immediately. Find coaches and training partner that best suits your interests.
