![]() Today’s fitspiration! This is Halle Berry at 54 years young. This is the body she crafted after taking up fight training. She trained in striking and BJJ. Previously, she has been doing boxing, yoga, and functional core and bodyweight training for over 10 years. She varied her fight and strength training to prepare for a role in her next movie where she plays a MMA fighter. Martial Arts, including Muay Thai is an excellent way to have fitness in your routine. You go girl! Aging is inevitable, getting old is a choice.
