Previously, she has been doing boxing, yoga, and functional core and bodyweight training for over 10 years. She varied her fight and strength training to prepare for a role in her next movie where she plays a MMA fighter. Martial Arts, including Muay Thai is an excellent way to have fitness in your routine. You go girl! Aging is inevitable, getting old is a choice.
