Rad Muay Thai & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Aurora, Colorado
You don't have to be a fighter to train like one!
Before class: Register online, sign waivers, and arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can check your ID, show you around, and answer any questions.
During class:
- Muay Thai: Line up by rank and height (new students in the back). Kru Rad bows everyone in, leads warm-ups, and runs class. We finish with a short discussion and bow-out.
- Cardio Kickboxing: More casual—gather on the mat for warm-up. No gear needed on your first day; we’ll let you know when to grab gloves or wraps.
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Line up against the back wall. Professor Rad teaches from the front, then students partner up for drills and rolls.
Relax, go at your own pace, and enjoy—it’s all about learning and having fun!
No need to bring anything for your free trial—loaner gear is available.
Once you’re training regularly, here’s what you’ll need:
- Muay Thai: Hand wraps, 14–16 oz gloves, shin guards (optional for beginners), athletic shorts/leggings.
- Cardio Kickboxing: Comfortable workout clothes; gloves and wraps may be useful later.
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:
- No-Gi: rash guard and shorts/leggings (no pockets/zippers).
- Gi: Gi and belt.
Our RMT Pro Shop carries all required gear if you’d like to purchase it here.
No long-term contracts required! We offer flexibility with pay-as-you-go options or unlimited memberships. A waiver must be signed before training.
Not at all! Many students train purely for fitness, skill development, and fun. If competing is your goal, we’ll guide you—but it’s 100% optional.
