We Specialize in Beginners
We receive this inquiry a lot. Many ask if our classes would fit a person who has no martial arts training or background, or even someone who has not done a lot of fitness or athletics in general. The answer is absolutely. We specialize in teaching our classes to anyone who is willing to try it out. Our curriculum is tailored to beginners. That said we are able to handle all levels from intermediate to advanced as well, but we aim to provide a safe and comfortable environment for anyone who has never trained in such disciplines before.
What To Expect - Your First Visit
You will want to wear comfortable clothing. Something you can move around in easily when kicking, running and jumping. Bring a water bottle to ensure you stay hydrated. Muay Thai and kickboxing class requires boxing gloves and hand wraps- shin guards and mouth piece is needed in Muay Thai - all items can be purchased in our pro-shop.
