"What if I'm a beginner?"
We receive this inquiry very often. Many ask if our classes would be a good fit for someone who has no martial arts training or background, or even someone who has not done a lot of fitness or athletics in general.
The answer is YES it would be a good fit!
We specialize in teaching our classes to anyone who is willing to try and put forth effort.
Our curriculum is tailored toward beginners and fit for advanced students who are dedicated and disciplined.
We are able to handle all levels from beginner - advanced.
We aim to provide a safe and comfortable environment for anyone who has not trained in a Martial Arts environment.
