Join our dynamic Kickboxing class and experience the many benefits of cardio kickboxing. Both men and women of all fitness levels enjoy our fun filled and challenging class, which cater to all your Kickboxing needs.

Derived from Karate, Muay Thai, and Western Boxing, Kickboxing is a combat sport that focuses on kicking and punching. Unlike Muay Thai, it eliminates knee and elbow strikes, and has limited clinching.
